By accessing or using the Otis API, SDKs, or dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

Otis provides a unified interface for financial data. Our service is designed for developers building applications that require reliable access to market data.

Subject to these terms, Otis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our API and use the data provided for your internal business purposes or within your own applications.

You may not redistribute raw data from Otis as a standalone data service. All data must be integrated into a larger application or used for analysis.

Usage is governed by your selected plan:

• Free ($0): 5 requests per minute, 100 requests per day, personal use only.
• Starter ($99/mo): 1,000 requests per minute, personal use only.
• Pro ($999/mo): Unlimited rate limit, commercial license included, and advanced endpoints.

Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to ensure platform stability.

You agree not to:

• Scrape the Otis website or API in a way that bypasses rate limits.
• Reverse engineer the Otis infrastructure or SDKs.
• Use the data for any illegal financial activities or market manipulation.
• Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties.

Otis retains all rights, title, and interest in the API, SDKs, and platform. Data provided through the API is sourced from public and third-party providers (SEC, Yahoo Finance, FRED) and is subject to their respective terms.

Otis is a data provider, not a financial advisor. All data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our data.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
